TWO WAYS TO MOVE YOU

ZDX comes in two different configurations: The ZDX A‑Spec and the performance-oriented ZDX Type S (covered in detail separately here). ZDX A‑Spec is offered in single-motor (rear-wheel-drive) and dual-motor (all-wheel-drive) configurations. Both A‑Spec models feature premium content like Perforated Milano Leather heated and ventilated front seats, a panoramic power moonroof, 20‑inch wheels and much more.

ZDX styling was led by a team at the Acura Design Studio in Los Angeles, and marks the first production expression of Acura's Precision EV Concept. Low and wide, with a sleek silhouette, long wheelbase and high-contrast surfacing, ZDX embodies Acura's focus on performance from every angle. Distinctive design details include the evolution of Acura's signature front fascia, with the brand's iconic Chicane DRLs, Jewel Eye™; LED headlights and seamless Diamond Pentagon with 3D embossed diamond pattern and an eye-catching illuminated surround.

COMFORT, LUXURY AND TECHNOLOGY

Slide inside the 5-passenger ZDX, where the driver-oriented cockpit features high-end materials and an open, welcoming feel with sophisticated premium details and Two-Zone Ambient Lighting Control with 26 colors. Heated and ventilated 12-way power adjustable Perforated Milano Leather Seats offer luxurious support. Clever storage and convenience features include a versatile center console with roomy storage and wireless phone charging.

ALL-ELECTRIC ACURA PERFORMANCE

Built on a state-of-the-art electric vehicle platform with a flexible battery architecture, a low center of gravity and near 50/50 weight distribution, the ZDX A‑Spec is powered by a rear-mounted single motor producing 358 horsepower. The AWD version adds a second motor up front that powers the front axle and brings total output to an exhilarating 490 horsepower. Both versions share a 102 kWh lithium-ion battery; the single-motor A‑Spec is anticipated to receive a 313-mile EPA range rating.⁸⁵ And with standard Complimentary Service for 12 months/12,000 miles,⁹¹ there are zero surprises.

IT’S A BRAND NEW WAY TO DRIVE

You might notice something missing in the ZDX. Where’s the shifter? The traditional transmission selector you would normally find on the center console is replaced with an intuitive fingertip shift lever positioned on the right side of the steering column. R, N, D and P—you’ll feel right at home. Regen on Demand offers increased deceleration when you press and hold a convenient steering wheel paddle. Regenerative braking puts energy back into the battery, instead of using the conventional brakes.

QUICK PIT STOPS

Recharging on the go is quick and convenient with DC Fast Charging at rates up to 190 kW. That means the 102-kWh lithium-ion battery pack in the ZDX A‑Spec rear-wheel drive can gain an estimated 81 miles of range in just 10 minutes.⁹⁶ Built-in Google Maps can estimate the charging time required to reach your next destination, and can initiate preconditioning of the EV battery if the destination is a DC Fast Charging station.

EASY TO LIVE WITH

ZDX offers top-in-class comprehensive home and public charging options. Acura makes it easy for ZDX clients to select, order and install an Acura charger in their home. For charging on the go, the Acura Smartphone App offers to access to more than 90-percent of existing DC Fast Charging networks. ZDX owners will also have access to IONNA, a new high-speed joint venture charging network in the United States and Canada.

TECHNICALLY, IT’S A KNOCKOUT

ZDX features a combined 22 inches of high-definition digital screen real estate with a standard Driver Information Cluster (11 inches) and Center Information Screen (11.3 inches) with an intuitive touchscreen interface and wireless Apple CarPlay^®49 and Android Auto™⁵⁰ compatibility. With Acura’s first integration of Google built-in⁸⁹, ZDX offers seamless on-the-go connectivity with apps like Google Assistant, Google Maps and more. Google Maps can be displayed on either screen, offering convenient route planning with recommended charging stations to optimize travel time.

A STUNNING SOUND TRACK

ZDX is the first Acura model to feature the immersive luxury audio experience of Bang & Olufsen, the respected Danish audiophile brand. Standard on all ZDX models, the specially designed system has 18 speakers, 14-channels of amplification and a subwoofer to deliver powerful and spectacularly detailed sound.
