Single Motor Rear-Wheel Drive

Built on a state-of-the-art electric vehicle platform with a flexible battery architecture, a low center of gravity and near 50/50 weight distribution, the all-electric ZDX A-Spec is powered by a rear-mounted permanent magnet single motor producing 358 horsepower. With full torque available from zero RPM, the computer-controlled electric motor offers precise power modulation and eliminates the need for a transmission, clutch or torque converter.
