• A front electric motor can power the front wheels or capture regenerative braking energy.
• Two electric motors in the Twin Motor Unit (TMU) power the rear wheels individually or capture regenerative braking energy.
• The Power Drive Unit (PDU) is positioned underneath the front seats for a low center of mass and agile handling.
• The Intelligent Power control Unit (IPU) in the rear of the vehicle contains the lithium-ion battery and Hybrid System Electronic Control Unit.
• In the event of a severe collision, high-voltage power to the hybrid system is cut off.
