Precision All-Wheel Steer (P-AWS)

Provides crisper cornering feel with improved response and vehicle control.

• P-AWS^® is the first all-wheel steering system that independently adjusts the toe angle of each rear wheel (not always coupled, as with conventional all-wheel systems).
• At low speed, the system adjusts the rear wheel toe angles in opposite phase (reverse direction) relative to the front wheels to help tighten the turning circle and aid maneuverability.
• At higher speeds, the system can adjust the rear wheels in the same phase (or direction) as the front wheels to enhance directional control and stability.
• During braking, the system can “toe-in” the rear wheels (like a skier braking on a slope) to aid stability.
