The Intelligent Power control Unit (IPU) is located immediately behind the rear seatback and contains the lithium-ion battery.

  • The advanced 72-cell lithium-ion (li-on) battery provides stable power over a wide range of operating temperatures.
  • The low-mounted battery’s location contributes to favorable front/rear weight distribution.
  • Li-ion batteries don’t require scheduled cycling to prolong lifespan.
